There are many options on how to get information on the Stove. You can get some blue prints to develop your own or be part of the team to promote the wider adoption of the stove plus making it suitable to the different user needs!

There are several good websites for biochar stoves, seachar.org is one of these. They have just finished making a new design.
I have heard about different stoves like wood, solar etc but no idea on using Anila stoves. Really curious to know about it’s usability.
